Job Description

We are seeking friendly, reliable Baristas to join our growing juice bar team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in preparing high-quality food and beverages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare smoothies, juices, açaí bowls, lattes, and other menu items according to recipes

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for guests

• Accurately take orders and process payments using a POS system

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, prep areas, and dining space

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and brand standards

• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed

• Work efficiently as part of a team during busy periods

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Willingness to learn and follow procedures

• Availability to work weekends, mornings, or evenings preferred

Preferred (Not Required)

• Barista, café, or restaurant experience

• Interest in health, wellness, or food & beverage

• Prior experience handling cash or POS systems
